Non-Discrimination Policy for Mr. Brands Studio

4. Reporting and Complaints

Employees or associates who believe they have been the victims of conduct prohibited by this policy or believe they have witnessed such conduct should discuss their concerns with their immediate supervisor, the HR department, or any other designated compliance officer.

All complaints will be investigated promptly and confidentially. Retaliation against individuals who file grievances or assist in investigations is strictly prohibited and will be subject to disciplinary action.

5. Enforcement

Violations of this non-discrimination policy will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or business relationship. We commit to enforcing this policy thoroughly and impartially.

6. Responsibility for Implementation

Management at all levels is responsible for upholding and implementing this policy. They must ensure that employees and associates are aware of and adhere to this policy.

7. Review

This policy will be reviewed annually and adjusted as necessary to ensure it meets the needs of all stakeholders and complies with all applicable laws.
